#1: Bend both legs, support both arms on the floor
#2: Bring in both arms together & stretch for 5 seconds
#3: Put out your right leg and stretch for 5 seconds
#4: Bring your legs together again
#5: Bring both legs back a little and stretch for 5 seconds
#6: Pull your head backwards & stretch for 5 seconds
#7: Finally: Flex both arms & legs outwards & stretch for 5 seconds
Repeat from #1-7 (left leg this time)
